Service Description

This is our Yin flow yoga which is great for beginners and for a deep stretch and meditation, pairs great with Pilates for a double class night!

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES: For client cancellation of classes within a block, refunds or exchanges for alternative classes will not be given. Casual/single class client cancellation within 12 hours of a class will not be refunded. In the case of Empower Wellness cancelling a class due to teacher availability or sickness, if you are within a block, you will be offered to attend a make-up class within any class available in the next 7 days. This can be any of the classes available but only within 7 days of the class that has been cancelled. For casual class attendance on cancellation from Empower Wellness, your class will be refunded.
