About the event
After such a successful November event in our beautiful new venue, we're back for more with one last recharge to send of 2024. December and the season of Kirihimete (Christmas) can bring about a lot of stress, overwhelm and burnout for a lot of people. Taking the time to fill your own cup, recharge and nourish is important before you can do so for others.
This evening will be held on the Korekore Tuatahi moon, which is a low energy day, perfect for fasting (if you want to do this pre event), meditation & mindfulness, and connecting with friends and whanau. This event might just be for your own personal nourishment or something to enjoy alongside a loved one.
