Yin Yoga & Cacao Night | Whiro, the New Moon

Our final event of the year is not one to be missed! Held on Friday the 1st of November, the maramataka is Whiro or the new moon for this month. A great time to slow down, enjoy a deep reset, and nourish the wairua or living soul within us. It's also a great time to connect with self and loved ones. The whiro moon is also a great time to plan for the time ahead, you may want to bring along a journal to record any thoughts or feelings that come up throughout your practice. 

We are excited to be hosting this event in a brand new venue, the Wellness Room in the Polynesian Spa Rotorua. This is a luxurious space which we can't wait to share with you. All mats and equipment provided so you can just turn up and enjoy. As a part of your ticket you'll also receive a discount to pool entry for either the Pavillion or Deluxe pools to enjoy a hot soak post event should you want to.

What do you need to bring? 

Mug for cacao

Cosy comfortable clothing (this venue will be warmer than previous ones so some layers are a good idea)

Togs and a towel if you plan to swim

Optional journal 

Optional yoga mat if you prefer to use your own (these are provided)
