A mix of Yoga, Barre, Pilates and strength workouts that are short and achievable, not to mention pop up live classes, there's so much to gain from our Empower Online program! Our classes will be refreshing all the time, meaning you have a great range of workouts and yoga flows to choose from. This service is offered via an Empower Online membership, which is $25.00 per month for access to everything. Not only will you get a great range of classes, we will be adding in nutrition tips and recipes, pop up online classes which are free for members and our online group forum meaning you can contact us and other members to track progress and gain tips!
