Combination of massage techniques, static cupping and FRC cupping (prescribed movement with cups on the body) for release stubborn tension and trigger points in the body. Activating the nervous system to release tension and stimulate blood flow.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE TRAINING & MASSAGE: For private training sessions and massage, cancellation of your session within 12 hours will incur a complete charge of your booking, if not prepaid you will be asked to complete payment for this. Cancellations within 48 hours can be changed to a new booking time free of charge, or charged 50% of your session fee. Cancellation of sessions outside of 48 hours incur no fee.
